Marty performed at our parents 50th Anniversary. Marty's manager, Lonnie, was awesome to work with and get everything planned and worked out prior to the event. We had listened to a few of Marty's routines to get an idea of how his show might present. They don't come close to the actual fun our guest experienced. Really wasn't sure of how the show would be for the party but from the minute he started to when his show was over we never saw anyone not laughing. People loved to participate with Marty's songs. Many responded at the end of the party how terrific the "entertainment" was. It was a fabulous show that gave great humor and entertainment. It was a better than we anticipated. Thanks Marty & Lonnie for helping make our party a great success.

Well, here we go again! As Activities Director for 8 Active Adult Communities in the West valley of Phoenix, I have contracted Marty several times to entertain my residents. Each and every time, he was a smashing success and last Saturday (November 20, 2010) was no exception. He performed his Holiday Show in which he presented all new material with the same degree of energy and side-splitting humor. His costumes were SO creative, especially the one for the opening of the second half of the show. The residents were laughing continuously and gave him a standing ovation at the end of the show. He even took requests for a couple of his "traditional" (does one EVER say "traditional" and "Marty Berk" in the same breath??)songs and he gave us his renditions of "Guitarzan" and "Here Comes Jones". Marty (and his Manager, Lonnie) never fail to make my communities happy, and they are the easiest and most accommodating entertainers with whom I've had the pleasure to work! If anyone is considering an uplifting, clean and riotously funny evening of entertainiment, I strongly recommend Marty Berk's Hilarious Musical Comedy Show.

I'm an activity director at The Springs of Scottsdale Retirement Community and I booked Marty for our annual Thanksgiving Tea...I must admit, I really wasn't sure how our residents would react to a comedy show but I went for it anyway. Marty was a hit, it's no lie when Lonnie tells you that Marty will have the audience belly laughing. Very professional, energetic, clean, and funny! Thank you for making this event a success and I look forward to working with them again.

Marty did two performances in August of this year and then we booked him again for a concert in October at Sun City Grand in our "concert" hall. His show is totally self-contained and we did not have to do anything except provide him with a stage and an audience. Once he arrives to set up for a show, he gets ready for his show quickly and smoothly. He has a wonderful repoire with his audience and pulls them into the excitement of the characters he creates with music and comedy. His show contains elements of different emotions so that one laughs, then cries and then leaves with a feeling of warmth and love thanks his giving personality. As people were leaving, they were many comments such as "You must have him back," and "When will he be back, I want my family to see him!" Too much fun for everyone.

I chose Marty to bring humor to my Seniors Health Fair and boy did he. The show was clean and fun and my residents enjoyed him very much. As Activities Director for 8 Active Adult Communities in the west valley of Phoenix, I have booked Marty in all of my venues in the last three months (May - July, 2010). I can say, without exception, Marty entertained and delighted all of the residents who attended. He was personable, engaging, and downright hysterical to the point one resident confided in me, "I've been laughing so hard, if I don't excuse myself to the ladies room, I won't be presentable for the rest of the evening". Marty went out of his way to accommodate each community, was professional and non-demanding, and made dealing with him one of the best experiences I've had working with entertainers. To date, I have scheduled Marty for six more appearances over the next few months. Anyone considering an entertainer who is CLEAN, funny, and will make you look like a super-star for contracting him should go first and foremost to Marty Berk's Hilarious Musical Comedy Show.
